Tim Diskar PB Kota Bandung Raih Prestasi di NFSC 2025

Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Tim Dinas Kebakaran dan Penanggulangan Bencana (Diskar PB) Kota Bandung sukses meraih prestasi membanggakan dalam National Firefighter Skill Competition (NFSC) 2025 di Kota Bontang, Kalimantan Timur, 22 Februari hingga 1 Maret 2025.

Kompetisi ini merupakan bagian dari peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun ke-106 Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Indonesia. Kompetisi ini diikuti oleh sekitar 50 kontingen dari berbagai provinsi serta kabupaten/kota di seluruh Indonesia.

Dalam ajang bergengsi tingkat nasional ini, Tim Diskar PB Kota Bandung berhasil membawa pulang dua penghargaan:

1. Juara 2 Kategori Survival, yang diraih oleh Asep Rizki dan Encep Iman Nurdin.

2. Juara Harapan 3 Kategori Ladder Pitching, yang diraih oleh Asep Rizki, Encep Iman Nurdin, Achmad Nadian K, dan M. Syahdan.

NFSC 2025 mempertandingkan berbagai kategori keterampilan pemadam kebakaran, seperti Survival, Ladder Pitching, dan Hose Laying. Ajang ini menguji kecepatan, ketangkasan, serta kesiapan para peserta dalam menghadapi situasi darurat.

Kepala Bidang Pemadaman dan Penyelamatan Diskar PB Kota Bandung, M. Yusuf Hidayat mengungkapkan, perjalanan tim menuju juara penuh tantangan. Dalam kategori Survival, tim sempat menghadapi kendala teknis pada peralatan, sehingga meminta pengulangan pertandingan.

Meski dalam kondisi fisik yang lelah, para atlet tetap memberikan performa terbaiknya. Hasilnya, mereka berhasil menyelesaikan tantangan dalam waktu 2 menit 51 detik, hanya selisih beberapa detik dari juara pertama yang diraih oleh Kota Padang.

“Kami menghadapi kendala teknis yang cukup krusial saat bertanding. Setelah meminta pengulangan dan bertanding kembali, tim kami mampu menunjukkan performa terbaik dengan mencatatkan waktu 2 menit 51 detik. Ini hanya selisih beberapa detik dari Kota Padang yang menjadi juara pertama,” ujarnya, Kamis 27 Februari 2025.

Menurutnya, keberhasilan ini tidak lepas dari latihan intensif selama 1,5 bulan, yang difokuskan pada penguatan fisik, mental, serta strategi bertanding.

“Kami menekankan kepada para atlet bahwa kecepatan saja tidak cukup. Mereka harus bisa cepat sekaligus tepat dalam menyelesaikan setiap tantangan, karena kesalahan sekecil apa pun bisa berujung pada penalti,” katanya.

Lebih lanjut, Yusuf berharap prestasi ini dapat menjadi motivasi bagi anggota pemadam kebakaran lainnya, khususnya di Kota Bandung.

“Kami ingin terus mencetak atlet-atlet pemadam kebakaran yang siap bersaing di tingkat nasional. Ini bukan hanya soal kompetisi, tetapi juga bagian dari peningkatan keterampilan dan kesiapan petugas dalam menjalankan tugasnya di lapangan,” jelasnya.

Prestasi ini juga akan segera dilaporkan kepada Wali Kota Bandung, Muhammad Farhan sebagai bentuk kontribusi dan kebanggaan bagi masyarakat Kota Bandung.

Penghargaan resmi bagi para juara rencananya akan diberikan dalam upacara peringatan HUT ke-106 Damkar, yang akan dipimpin langsung oleh Menteri Dalam Negeri. (rob/red)
