Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) menetapkan dua tersangka baru dalam kasus dugaan korupsi dalam tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang pada PT Pertamina Subholding dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) pada tahun 2018-2023.
Direktur Penyidikan pada Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) Kejagung, Abdul Qohar, di Gedung Kejaksaan Agung, Jakarta, Rabu, mengatakan bahwa dua tersangka itu adalah Maya Kusmaya selaku Direktur Pemasaran Pusat dan Niaga PT Pertamina Patra Niaga dan Edward Corne selaku VP Trading Operations PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.
“Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan secara maraton tadi mulai jam 15.00 WIB sampai dengan saat ini, penyidik telah menemukan bukti yang cukup bahwa kedua tersangka tersebut diduga melakukan tindak pidana bersama-sama dengan tujuh tersangka yang kemarin telah disampaikan,” ucapnya.
Ia mengungkapkan, keduanya sejatinya dipanggil secara patut sebagai saksi pada pukul 10.00 WIB. Akan tetapi, keduanya tidak memenuhi panggilan sehingga dilakukan penjemputan paksa.
“Namun demikian, sampai pukul 14.00 WIB yang bersangkutan belum hadir sehingga kami terpaksa menjemput yang bersangkutan di kantor yang bersangkutan,” ujarnya.
Setelah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, keduanya akan menjalani penahanan di Rutan Salemba Cabang Kejaksaan Agung selama 20 hari ke depan sejak Rabu ini, 26 Februari 2025, guna kepentingan pemeriksaan.
Dengan ditetapkannya dua tersangka baru, maka jumlah tersangka dalam kasus ini berjumlah sembilan orang.
Sebelumnya, pada Senin (24/2), penyidik menetapkan tujuh tersangka, yaitu Riva Siahaan (RS) selaku Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sani Dinar Saifuddin (SDS) selaku Direktur Feedstock dan Product Optimization PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, dan Yoki Firnandi (YF) selaku PT Pertamina International Shipping.
Tersangka lainnya yakni Agus Purwono (AP) selaku VP Feedstock Management PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) selaku beneficial owner PT Navigator Khatulistiwa, Dimas Werhaspati (DW) selaku Komisaris PT Navigator Khatulistiwa sekaligus Komisaris PT Jenggala Maritim, dan Gading Ramadhan Joedo (GRJ) selaku Komisaris PT Jenggala Maritim dan Direktur Utama PT Orbit Terminal Merak.(*)
