Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR — Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) melakukan Operasi Tangkap Tangan (OTT) terhadap Wakil Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Wamenaker) Immanuel Ebenezer, Kamis (21/8).
Dalam operasi tersebut, tim KPK menyita puluhan kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat serta sejumlah uang tunai.
“Ada puluhan mobil, dan ada motor Ducati,” kata Wakil Ketua KPK, Fitroh Rohcahyanto, saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta.
Fitroh menjelaskan bahwa OTT ini terkait dengan dugaan pemerasan dalam pengurusan sertifikasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3).
Selain Wamenaker, tim juga mengamankan 10 orang lainnya. Saat ini, KPK memiliki waktu 1×24 jam untuk menentukan status hukum dari pihak-pihak yang diamankan.
OTT Kelima di Tahun 2025
OTT yang dilakukan terhadap Wamenaker merupakan OTT kelima yang dilakukan KPK sepanjang tahun 2025.
Sebelumnya, KPK telah melakukan beberapa OTT lainnya, yaitu:
- Maret 2025: OTT di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu, Sumatera Selatan, yang menjerat anggota DPRD dan pejabat Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR)
- Juni 2025: OTT di Provinsi Sumatera Utara terkait dugaan suap proyek pembangunan jalan di Dinas PUPR Provinsi Sumut dan Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah I Sumut.
- 7-8 Agustus 2025: OTT di Jakarta, Kendari, dan Makassar terkait dugaan korupsi proyek pembangunan rumah sakit umum daerah di Kolaka Timur, Sulawesi Tenggara.
- 13 Agustus 2025: OTT di Jakarta terkait dugaan suap dalam kerja sama pengelolaan kawasan hutan
KPK berkomitmen untuk terus memberantas tindak pidana korupsi dan akan menyampaikan perkembangan lebih lanjut mengenai penanganan kasus ini kepada publik.
