Sejumlah Menteri Berkumpul Bahas Agar Buruh Sritex yang Kena PHK Bisa Kerja Lagi

Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR — Sejumlah menteri di Kabinet Merah Putih berkumpul di Istana Merdeka, Jakarta pada Senin (3/2) untuk membahas soal PT Sritex.

Dalam rapat itu, dibahas arahan Prabowo agar para menteri mengupayakan jalan keluar bagi para karyawan PT Sritex yang terkena Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK).

Hadir pada kesempatan itu di antaranya Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Yassierli, Menteri Sekretaris Negara Prasetyo Hadi, dan menghadirkan Tim Kurator PT Sritex Nurma Sadikin.

“Atas petunjuk Bapak Presiden, Bapak Presiden sangat concern terhadap bagaimana pemerintah mencari jalan keluar, terutama berkenaan dengan masalah persoalan yang akan menimpa para pekerja di PT Sritex,” ujar Prasetyo.

Prasetyo mengatakan bahwa Prabowo beberapa kali memberikan pengarahan kepada para menteri agar permasalahan yang menimpa Sritex sejak diputuskan pailit pada Oktober 2024, segera ditangani.

“Kurang lebih ada di 8.000 sekian karyawan untuk bisa kembali bekerja dengan skema baru, tapi kita berharap di bidang yang selama ini digeluti. Artinya PT Sritex akan tetap bergerak di bidang tekstil,” jelas Prasetyo.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Yassierli mengapresiasi langkah kurator yang dapat memastikan dalam 2 minggu ke depan pekerja eks Sritex dapat dipekerjakan kembali.

“Kementerian Ketenagakerja juga mengapresiasi berbagai komitmen dan langkah yang dilakukan oleh kurator seperti yang tadi sudah disampaikan bahwa dalam 2 minggu ke depan pekerja akan dipekerjakan kembali. Hal ini tentu bisa memberikan ketenangan kepada para pekerja yang terkena PHK,” ujarnya.

Lebih lanjut, Yassierli juga menuturkan komitmen Prabowo yang mendukung dan memberikan arahan diharapkan memberikan ketenangan kepada para karyawan PT Sritex.

“Hal ini tentu bisa memberikan ketenangan kepada para pekerja yang terkena PHK. Saat ini, Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan sedang mengawal hak-hak pekerja PT Sritex Group berupa hak atas kompensasi PHK dan berbagai hak normatif lainnya agar tetap terpenuhi,” ujar dia.

Adapun di momen yang sama Tim Kurator PT Sritex menuturkan bahwa saat ini sedang dilakukan proses pengambilan keputusan terhadap investor yang akan mengelola aset Sritex selanjutnya dengan skema yang baru hingga nantinya dapat mempekerjakan kembali karyawan Sritex.

“Kami juga sudah berkomunikasi dan sudah ada juga investor yang menghubungi kurator dan kita sudah dalam proses komunikasi yang mana dalam dua minggu ini kurator akan memutuskan siapa investor yang akan menyewa terhadap aset Sritex, yang mana ini akan menyerap tenaga kerja yang mana juga ini bisa karyawan yang telah terkena PHK dapat di-hire kembali kemudian oleh penyewa yang baru,” tutur Nurma Sadikin.(*)
