Tasikmalaya, Jurnal Tipikor, – Sekda Kota Tasikmalaya Drs. H. Ivan Dicksan memimpin Apel Pagi di rangkai kan dengan Penyerahan Piagam Penghargaan Kepala Kantor Wilayah Hukum dan HAM Jawa Barat di halaman Balai Kota Tasikmalaya, Senin ( 15/01/2024 ).
Apel Pagi tersebut, dihadiri para peserta diantaranya, Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama dan Para Pegawai di Lingkungan Setda Pemerintahan Kota Tasikmalaya.
Sekda Kota Tasikmalaya, Menyampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 10 Desember 2023 yang lalu, Kota Tasikmalaya menerima Penghargaan dari menteri Hukum dan HAM RI sebagai Kota peduli HAM.

Sekda mengatakan dalam penilaian yang di lakukan oleh Kantor Stap Presiden RI melalui panitia Nasional Ranhan, Pemerintah Kota Tasikmalaya, meraih nilai KKP HAM murni sebesar 92,5 serta capaian Aksi HAM sebesar 7,5, sehingga mendapatkan nilai maksimal sebesar 100 dan menempatkan Kota Tasikmalaya di peringkat ke-4 Nasional, dan menduduki peringkat ke-1 tingkat Jawa Barat, Sehingga Kota Tasikmalaya ditetapkan sebagai role model pengelolaan KKP HAM di Jawa Barat. Selain itu Kota Tasikmalaya menorehkan Prestasi berkenaan dengan capaian Pelaporan Indeks Reformasi Hukum ( IRH) tahun 2023 dengan nilai 86,87 katagori A ( Sangat Baik).
Sekda juga menyatakan bahwa pencapaian prestasi tersebut merupakan hasil dari kolaborasi semua pihak terutama bagian Hukum Sekretaris Daerah Kota Tasikmalaya, Para Perangkat Daerah di Lingkungan Pemerintahan Kota Tasikmalaya, Stakeholders, serta dukungan dari masyarakat Kota Tasikmalaya.
