BANTAN -JURNAL TIPIKOR–.Sebagai wujud kepedulian terhadap 7 desa di Kecamatan Bantan yang terendam banjir, Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis memberikan bantuan sembako dan sejumlah bantuan lainnya.
Bantuan tersebut diserahkan di Dapur Umum BPBD Kabupaten Bengkalis tepatnya di Desa Teluk Papal Jalan Sudirman Kecamatan Bantan, Rabu 30 November 2023.
Setidaknya ada 7 desa yang terkena bencana banjir yaitu Desa Berancah, Desa Mentayan, Desa Ulupulau, Desa Bantan Tengah, Desa Teluk Papal, Desa Bantan Air
dan Desa Bantan Sari.

Sebelumnya Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis melalui Perangkat Daerah terkait, Dinas Sosial, BPBD dan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Bengkalis telah melakukan penanganan seperti mendirikan dapur umum dan bantuan sembako.
Penanganan dampak banjir ini juga turut dilakukan dari Pemerintah Desa Kecamatan Bantan seperti Desa Bantan Sari dan Bantan Tengah, berupa bantuan sembako dari dana BERMASA dan pembuatan posko desa.
Bantuan sembako itu diserahkan secara simbolis oleh Bupati Bengkalis diwakili Staf Ahli Bupati Bengkalis Johansyah Syafri kepada 7 kepala desa.
Johan mengatakan, bantuan ini merupakan kepedulian serta perhatian Bupati Bengkalis kepada masyarakat yang saat ini terkena banjir.

Semoga bantuan sembako dari Pemerintah Kabupaten ini dapat membantu meringankan beban yang dialami masyarakat di 7 desa Kecamatan Bantan.
