Dalam kesempatan tersebut, H. Asep menyambut baik adanya musda ini. Bahkan, H. Asep Japar optimis melalui musda ini KNPI dapat merumuskan kembali penguatan perannya sebagai agen pemersatu.
“Termasuk terus meningkatkan kapasitas diri, memperkuat semangat kemandirian, serta aktif berkontribusi dalam berbagai bidang demi mewujudkan Kabupaten Sukabumi yang lebih maju dan berkah,” ujarnya.
Apalagi, KNPI berperan strategis dalam menyatukan visi dan persepsi pemuda. Terutama berlandaskan nilai kemanusiaan, keadilan, keteladanan, dan keagamaan.
“Semua itu sejalan dengan apa yang dicita-citakan dalam mengimplementasikan Perda Kabupaten Sukabumi nomor 6 tahun 2020 tentang kepemudaan,” ucapnya.
Di lokasi yang sama, Ketua KNPI Kabupaten Sukabumi Reggy Afriansyah mengatakan, terdapat empat bakal calon (Balon) yang akan menggantikannya untuk memimpin organisasi kepemudaan. Mereka ialah Yandra Utama Santosa, Angga Perwira Sukmawinata, Restu Martiani, dan Hadi Azka Nugraha.
“Silahkan bersaing dengan sehat. Sampaikan visi-misi kepada para pemilih,” ungkapnya.
