JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengumumkan penetapan lima tersangka dalam kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang melibatkan pemberian fasilitas kredit oleh Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia (LPEI) kepada PT Petro Energy (PE).
Kelima tersangka tersebut adalah Dwi Wahyudi, Direktur Pelaksana I LPEI; Arif Setiawan, Direktur Pelaksana 4 LPEI; Jimmy Masrin, Presiden Direktur PT Caturkarsa Megatunggal/Komisaris Utama PT Petro Energy; Newin Nugroho, Direktur Utama PT Petro Energy; dan Susy Mira Dewi Sugiarta, Direktur Keuangan PT Petro Energy.
“KPK telah menetapkan lima orang sebagai tersangka, yaitu DW (Direktur LPEI), AS (Direktur LPEI), JM (Debitur), NN (Debitur), dan SMD (Debitur). Saat ini, para tersangka belum ditahan oleh KPK,” ungkap Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Direktur Penyidikan KPK, Budi Sokmo, dalam konferensi pers di Gedung KPK, Jakarta, pada Senin, 3 Maret 2025.
Kasus ini diduga melibatkan penyalahgunaan wewenang dalam proses pemberian kredit yang merugikan keuangan negara.
KPK akan terus melakukan penyidikan untuk mengungkap lebih lanjut peran masing-masing tersangka dan potensi keterlibatan pihak lain.
KPK telah berkoordinasi dengan Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) untuk menghitung potensi kerugian keuangan negara pada dugaan fraud dalam pemberian fasilitas kredit LPEI ke PT PE.
Hasilnya, terdapat potensi kerugian keuangan negara sebesar 60 juta dolar Amerika Serikat (AS) atau setara dengan sekitar Rp 900 miliar pada kasus dugaan fraud tersebut.
“Atas pemberian fasilitas kredit oleh LPEI khusus kepada PT PE ini, diduga telah mengakibatkan kerugian negara sebesar USD 60 juta,” ujar Budi.
Kendati demikian, Budi menerangkan bahwa kasus kredit LPEI ke PT PE bukan satu-satunya dugaan fraud yang tengah diusut.
Ada total 11 debitur LPEI yang tengah diusut KPK, salah satunya yakni PT PE.
Total potensi kerugian keuangan negara pada dugaan fraud untuk 11 debitur tersebut ditaksir mencapai Rp 11,7 triliun.
“Total kredit yang diberikan dan jadi potensi kerugian negara kurang lebih Rp 11,7 triliun. Jadi untuk bulan Maret ini KPK telah menetapkan lima orang tersangka, sedangkan 10 debitur lainnya masih penyidikan,” kata Budi.
Sebelumnya, KPK telah mengumumkan penyidikan terhadap perkara LPEI pada awal 2024 lalu.
Namun, saat itu penyidikan dilakukan belum dengan menetapkan tersangka.(*)
