Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah melakukan penyitaan aset signifikan di Cilegon, Banten, sebagai bagian dari upaya pemulihan kerugian keuangan negara terkait kasus dugaan korupsi dalam perjanjian jual beli gas di PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) Tbk tahun 2017-2021.
Aset yang disita mencakup satu pabrik dan 13 pipa gas milik PT Banten Inti Gasindo (BIG), yang merupakan bagian dari ISARGAS Group.
Detail Aset yang Disita:
- PT Banten Inti Gasindo (BIG):
- Tanah dan bangunan seluas 300 meter persegi yang terdiri dari bangunan kantor dua lantai, berlokasi di Kota Cilegon.
- 13 pipa gas milik PT BIG dengan total panjang mencapai 7,6 kilometer.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, menjelaskan kepada jurnalis di Jakarta bahwa proses penyitaan ini telah dilakukan sejak pekan lalu dan rampung dengan pemasangan plang sita pada 28 Oktober 2025.
“Penyitaan terhadap PT BIG dilakukan karena perusahaan tersebut dijadikan agunan atas perjanjian jual beli gas antara PT PGN dengan PT Inti Alasindo Energy (IAE).
Hal ini dilakukan dalam rangka optimalisasi pemulihan kerugian keuangan negara akibat kasus tersebut yang mencapai 15 juta dolar Amerika Serikat,” ujar Budi Prasetyo.
Aset-aset yang disita tersebut diketahui juga dikuasai oleh salah satu tersangka, saudara AS (Arso Sadewo).
Kronologi Singkat Kasus:
Kasus ini berakar dari pengesahan Rencana Kerja Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP) PT PGN Tahun 2017. Meskipun tidak terdapat rencana pembelian gas dari PT IAE dalam RKAP, pada 2 November 2017 terjadi
penandatanganan kerja sama antara PT PGN dan PT IAE.
Selang seminggu kemudian, pada 9 November 2017, PT PGN melakukan pembayaran uang muka sebesar $15 juta AS.
Tersangka yang Telah Ditetapkan:
Kasus ini diduga menyebabkan kerugian negara sebesar $15 juta AS, sesuai laporan hasil pemeriksaan investigatif Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI.
KuSejauh ini, KPK telah menetapkan dan menahan empat orang tersangka:
- Iswan Ibrahim (Komisaris PT IAE tahun 2006–2023).Danny Praditya (Direktur Komersial PT PGN periode 2016-2019)
- Hendi Prio Santoso (Mantan Dirut PT PGN), diumumkan sebagai tersangka dan ditahan pada 1 Oktober 2025.
- Arso Sadewo (Komisaris Utama PT IAE), diumumkan sebagai tersangka dan ditahan pada 21 Oktober 2025.
