Kota Bandung Jadi Model Nasional, Menko Pemberdayaan Masyarakat: Pelatihan UMKM Harus Berstandar!

Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kota Bandung disebut sebagai model dan lokasi pertama peningkatan level UMKM di seluruh Indonesia.

Hal itu disampaikan Menteri Koordinator Bidang Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Republik Indonesia, Muhaimin Iskandar, saat meninjau langsung pelaksanaan program Perintis Berdaya di Jalan Braga, Kota Bandung, Sabtu 21 Juni 2025.

“Saya nyatakan dari Bandung bahwa semua pelatihan UMKM yang dilakukan kementerian harus mengikuti standar yang teruji. Tidak boleh lagi asal-asalan. Prosesnya harus terintegrasi: dari pelatihan, pendampingan, sampai kemandirian. Tidak boleh jadi proyek instan,” ujar Muhaimin.

Menurutnya, pemerintah tidak memiliki waktu untuk melaksanakan program-program tanpa dampak nyata.

Ia juga mengingatkan, seluruh kementerian dan pemerintah daerah harus menjadi jembatan aktif antara pelaku UMKM dan sumber daya yang bisa memperkuat mereka, seperti investor dan akses pasar.

“Kita tidak bisa lagi bergantung pada negara lain. Untuk mandiri, kita butuh UMKM yang kuat. Karena itu, seluruh pelatihan harus produktif dan berdampak,” tambahnya.

Hal senada disampaikan Deputi Bidang Koordinasi Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat dan Perlindungan Pekerja Migran Kemenko Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Leontinus Alpha Edison.

Ia menyebut program Perintis Berdaya menjadi langkah konkret dalam menjawab kebutuhan pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah.

“Dari lebih 1.700 pelaku usaha yang mendaftar, kita seleksi 65 pelaku UKM dan koperasi. Fokusnya bukan hanya pelatihan, tapi juga pendampingan, inkubasi, dan mentoring oleh praktisi. Ini model yang akan kami replikasi,” jelas Leontinus.

Ia juga memaparkan data yang menunjukkan tantangan di lapangan, seperti minimnya digitalisasi UMKM, keterbatasan akses pembiayaan, serta rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi produksi.

“Dari data kami, 60% pelaku usaha masih memproduksi secara manual. PR digitalisasi masih sangat besar,” ujarnya.

Sementara itu, Wali Kota Bandung, Muhammad Farhan menyambut baik program nasional tersebut.

Ia memastikan kesiapan Kota Bandung untuk menjadi pusat pengembangan UMKM berbasis inovasi dan kolaborasi.

“Bandung punya segalanya: infrastruktur, komunitas kreatif, ekosistem wirausaha. Program seperti Perintis Berdaya ini sangat cocok dengan semangat Kota Bandung sebagai creative hub nasional,” ucap Farhan.

Ia juga mengapresiasi dipilihnya Braga Pendek sebagai lokasi showcase produk UMKM dalam kegiatan tersebut.

“Braga adalah wajah kolaboratif Kota Bandung. Di sini, ekonomi kreatif, budaya, dan kewirausahaan bertemu,” katanya.

Sebagai informasi, Perintis Berdaya adalah sebuah ekosistem pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat yang diinisiasi oleh Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Republik Indonesia.

Program ini merupakan pendekatan terintegrasi untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan melalui penguatan ekonomi rakyat.

Ekosistem Perintis Berdaya dibangun di atas empat pilar utama yang saling melengkapi, yaitu:

1. Berdaya Bersama
Fokus pada penguatan kapasitas melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan.

2. Berdaya Berusaha
Mendorong pengembangan kewirausahaan agar pelaku UMKM mampu tumbuh dan naik kelas.

3. Berdaya Finansial
Memperluas akses keuangan bagi masyarakat, khususnya pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah.

4. Berdaya Global
Memberikan akses pasar internasional serta perlindungan bagi pekerja migran Indonesia.

Melalui keempat pilar ini, Perintis Berdaya diharapkan dapat memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat sekaligus menciptakan ekosistem yang produktif, berkelanjutan, dan inklusif. (ray/red)
