Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR  – Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung, Drs. Heri Hermawan dan Muhamad Syahlevi Erwin Apandi dilantik sebagai Ketua dan Sekretaris Kwartir Cabang (Kwarcab) Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung, pada acara Pelantikan Majelis Pembimbing, Pengurus, dan Lembaga Pemeriksa Kwartir Cabang Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung periode 2025-2030, di Aula Pendopo Kota Bandung, Kamis, 22 Mei 2025.

Pengukuhan keduanya serta pengurus lainnya dilakukan oleh Ketua Majelis Pembimbing Cabang (Mabicab) Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung, Muhammad Farhan, S.E., yang sebelumnya juga dikukuhkan oleh Ketua Kwartir Daerah Gerakan Pramuka Jawa Barat Atalia Praratya.

Kegiatan tersebut turut dihadiri oleh Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung lainnya yakni, H. Andri Rusmana, S.Pd.I., M.A.P.; Nunung Nurasiah, S.Pd.; M. Bagja Jaya Wibawa, S.H.; Rendiana Awangga; dan Aa Abdul Rozak, S.Pd.I., M.Ag.

Heri Hermawan mengucapkan terima kasih atas amanah yang diberikan sebagai Ketua Kwarcab Gerakan Pramuka untuk masa bakti lima tahun ke depan.

Ia pun menegaskan, Kwarcab Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung akan mendukung dan berpartisipasi aktif terhadap program-program Pemerintahan Kota Bandung.

“Kami Kwarcab Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung akan mendukung seluruh program yang tengah dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintahan Kota Bandung,” ujarnya.

Heri Hermawan menuturkan, adapun upaya mendukung dan berpartisipasi aktif terhadap program Pemerintah Kota Bandung di antaranya terkait penanganan sampah. Kwarcab Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung akan menerjunkan seluruh anggota untuk melaksanakan pengelolaan sampah di setiap wilayah masing-masing.

Kemudian, terkait penanganan kemacetan, Kwarcab Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung akan bekerjasama dengan Saka Bhayangkara, dengan menurunkan para andalan untuk ikut membantu mengatur lalu lintas di persimpangan jalan yang mengalami kepadatan.

Selanjutnya, program penyediaan ruang terbuka hijau yang belum memenuhi presentase regulasi yang telah ditetapkan. Kwarcab Pramuka Kota Bandung akan turut serta melakukan aksi penanaman bibit pohon di sejumlah ruang terbuka yang dimungkinkan menjadi lokasi penghijauan.

“Karena gerakan Pramuka merupakan gerakan pembinaan untuk mewujudkan kecintaan terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, tanah air, dan sesama manusia, maka kami berharap dengan terbentuknya kepengurusan Kwarcab Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung yang baru ini kami akan terus meningkatkan kualitas dan kontribusi positif, khususnya bagi masyarakat dan Kota Bandung,” katanya.

Hal senada disampaikan oleh, Sekretaris Kwarcab Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung, Muhammad Syahlevi Erwin Apandi. Ia berharap di tangan kepengurusan yang baru ini Kwarcab Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung dapat lebih berprestasi dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Kota Bandung.

“Saya berharap kepengurusan yang baru ini bisa terus kondusif, adaptif, berperan aktif, juga melahirkan kader-kader yang terbaik yang dapat berguna bagi masyarakat,” katanya.

Sementara itu, Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung yang turut hadir pada acara tersebut, Andri Rusmana mengatakan, dengan terbentuknya kepengurusan baru Kwarcab Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung akan memberi sebuah harapan terkait kontribusi Pramuka untuk turut menjadi bagian pembangunan dari Kota Bandung.

“Kami berharap Kwarcab Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung saat ini bisa terlibat dan menjadi solusi dari masalah-masalah sosial di Kota Bandung. Mudah-mudahan kita bisa berkolaborasi dengan baik untuk kemajuan Kota Bandung,” ujarnya.

Anggota DPRD Bandung lainnya, Bagja Jaya Wibawa memilki optimisme bahwa kepengurusan baru Kwarcab Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung saat ini akan menjadi wadah pembentukan karakter bagi para generasi muda di Kota Bandung. Kelak mereka mampu berkiprah di tingkat kewilayahan, pemerintahan daerah, bahkan nasional di masa depan.

“Saya yakin, para generasi muda yang tergabung dalam Pramuka akan menumbuhkan kepekaan terhadap nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, gotong royong, dan sikap bela negara secara masif di masyarakat. Di mana output dari hal-hal itu akan menumbuhkan bibit-bibit keterampilan dan kepercayaan diri dari anak muda Kota Bandung untuk menuju next level,” tuturnya.

Sedangkan Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung lainnya, Nunung Nurasiah berharap, Kwarcab Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung dapat menjadi sarana pendidikan dan pembentukan karakter yang dapat melahirkan para generasi pemberi solusi bagi berbagai situasi dan tantangan di Kota Bandung.

“Dengan pendidikan karakter yang diajarkan di kepramukaan, mudah-mudahan dapat melahirkan generasi solutif yang turut mengedukasi masyarakat Kota Bandung lainnya,” ucapnya.(*)
