Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Adik kandung penasihat hukum Lisa Rachmat, David Rachmat, mengungkapkan bahwa kakaknya pernah mengirimkan uang kepada dirinya sebanyak Rp2 miliar melalui transfer rekening pada rentang waktu bulan Mei 2024.
David mengungkapkan uang tersebut dikirimkan oleh sang kakak, yang merupakan pengacara terpidana pembunuhan, Ronald Tannur itu, untuk berinvestasi.
“Bu Lisa tertarik untuk melakukan investasi saham melalui saya agar mendapatkan dividen. Setelah dapat, dividennya saya kembalikan,” ujar David saat menjadi saksi dalam sidang di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta, Senin (14/4/2025).
Ia menjelaskan uang itu dikirimkan Lisa sebanyak empat kali kepada dirinya, dengan rinciannya sebesar Rp1 miliar, Rp350 juta, Rp300 juta, dan Rp350 juta.
David menyampaikan bahwa seluruh uang tersebut dikirimkan ke dua rekeningnya yang berbeda, yakni di Bank Mandiri dan Bank Panin.
Meski menitipkan uang dalam jumlah besar itu kepada dirinya untuk investasi, David mengaku tak mengetahui sumber uang yang dikirimkan oleh Lisa.
Namun, ia mengaku mengetahui bahwa sang kakak merupakan pengacara yang menangani kasus Ronald Tannur.
“Tahu, tapi setelah viral,” tuturnya.

David bersaksi dalam kasus dugaan suap atas pemberian “vonis bebas” kepada terpidana pembunuhan Ronald Tannur serta pemufakatan jahat berupa pembantuan untuk memberi atau menjanjikan sesuatu kepada hakim Mahkamah Agung pada tahun 2024 yang menyeret Lisa sebagai terdakwa.
Dalam kasus itu, Lisa didakwa memberikan suap kepada hakim di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surabaya senilai Rp4,67 miliar serta hakim di MA sebesar Rp5 miliar.
Suap diduga diberikan Lisa untuk mengondisikan perkara Ronald Tannur, baik di tingkat pertama maupun kasasi, supaya majelis hakim di tingkat pertama menjatuhkan putusan bebas Ronald Tannur dan di tingkat kasasi guna memperkuat putusan bebas itu.

Dengan demikian, Lisa terancam pidana pada Pasal 6 ayat (1) huruf a atau Pasal 5 ayat (1) huruf a juncto Pasal 18 dan Pasal 15 Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
