Sukabumi, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 1 Parungkuda yang beralamat di Jln.Raya Parungkuda Desa. Bojongkokosan Kec. Parungkuda Kab. Sukabumi mendapat bantuan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) fisik tahun anggaran 2024 dengan total nilai sebesar 1,9 Miliar yang dikerjakan secara swakelola.
Dari pantauan awak media web1.jurnaltipikor.com dilapangan, Kamis (25/07/2024) terlihat papan proyek yang terpampang menerangkan pekerjaan berupa rehabilitasi ruang kelas, volume 216 M2 dengan nilai Rp. 417.000.000,00 yang bersumber dari Dana Alokasi Khusus Fisik (DAK Fisik) tahun anggaran 2024.
Diduga,proyek yang dikerjakan secara swakelola oleh pihak sekolah itu mengabaikan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Pasalnya,terlihat para pekerja tidak dilengkapi dengan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD).

Harusnya penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) tidak boleh di abaikan karena menyangkut nyawa dan Kesehatan pekerja, dimana proyek konstruksi seringkali melibatkan pekerjaan di ketinggian, penggunaan peralatan atau bahan yang berat dan paparan bahan berbahaya. Kesalahan kecil saja dapat berakibat fatal.
K3 dalam konstruksi bangunan didasarkan pada sejumlah dasar hukum yang mencakup Undang-Undang (UU) , Peraturan Pemerintah (PP), dan Peraturan Menteri (Permen). Salah satu aturan itu ialah Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja (Permenaker) nomor 13 tahun 2011 tentang alat pelindung diri yang mengatur persyaratan dan standar penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) ditempat kerja, termasuk dalam konstruksi. Aturan ini memastikan bahwa pekerja memiliki perlengkapan pelindung yang sesuai, menurunkan risiko cedera dan penyakit akibat kerja.
Saat dikonfirmasi, pihak sekolah melalui iit (humas) mengatakan, “Betul sekolah kami sedang melaksanakan pembangunan dengan dana yang bersumber dari Dana Alokasi Khusus Fisik (DAK Fisik) tahun anggaran 2024 dengan total anggaran 1,9 Miliar”.
“Saat ini, pembangunan yang baru dimulai yaitu rehabilitasi ruang kelas volume 216 M2 dengan anggaran sebesar 417 juta rupiah. Dikarenakan lahan yang kami miliki terbatas, oleh karena itu anggaran DAK Fisik ini kami tidak bisa membangunkan ruangan dilahan yang kosong karena memang sudah tidak ada lahannya jadi ruang kelas kami tingkatkan”, bebernya.

Lanjut iit, berhubung lahan kami terbatas, makanya proyek pembangunan berjalan secara bertahap. Terkait para pekerja yang tidak memakai Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yah mungkin itu kekurangan kami, terimakasih atas koreksinya.
Terkait dugaan adanya penggalangan Dana dari orangtua murid yang berupa sumbangan untuk pembangunan yang sedang dilaksanakan, iit menyampaikan bahwa adanya kekurangan anggaran untuk biaya pembangunan dak.
“Untuk sumbangan orangtua murid beda-beda tidak ditaktor, tergantung kesanggupan. Namanya sumbangan yah, sesuai kesanggupan. Sampai saat ini paling baru sepuluh orang yang baru menyumbang dan ketika orangtua tidak mampuh yah tidak apa-apa tidak bayar juga”,pungkasnya.(Rama)
