Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Tim jaksa Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah menyetorkan ke kas negara uang pengganti sebesar Rp59,2 miliar dari terpidana korupsi mantan Bupati Musi Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, Dodi Reza Alex Noerdin dan kawan-kawan.
“Tim Jaksa Eksekutor Satgas II pada Direktorat Pelacakan Aset Pengelolaan Barang Bukti dan Eksekusi KPK melalui Biro Keuangan telah selesai melakukan penyetoran ke kas negara Rp59,2 miliar,” kata Kepala Bagian Pemberitaan KPK Ali Fikri saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Senin.
Ali menerangkan setoran dimaksud berasal dari uang denda, uang pengganti, uang rampasan, dan hasil lelang terkait perkara yang salah satu terpidananya adalah Dodi Reza Alex Noerdin, anak mantan Gubernur Sumsel Alex Noerdin.

Juru bicara KPK berlatar belakang jaksa itu mengatakan setoran tersebut adalah bukti komitmen KPK untuk memulihkan kerugian keuangan negara.
“Tentunya KPK akan tetap dan konsisten secara pro aktif, untuk terus melakukan penagihan komponen asset recovery ini sehingga dapat memberikan pemasukan bagi kas negara,” ujarnya.
Majelis hakim Pengadilan Tipikor Palembang awalnya memvonis Dodi Reza Alex Noerdin dengan pidana penjara selama 6 tahun dan denda Rp250 juta subsider 5 bulan kurungan.

Selain itu, majelis hakim juga menghukum terdakwa Dodi Reza dengan kewajiban membayar uang pengganti senilai Rp1,16 miliar.
Vonis tersebut kemudian dikurangi setelah Dodi Reza mengajukan banding. Pengadilan Tinggi Palembang memvonis Dodi Reza selama 4 tahun penjara dan denda Rp250 juta subsider 5 bulan kurungan.
Atas putusan tersebut, jaksa KPK dan Dodi Reza mengajukan kasasi ke Mahkamah Agung dan hakim MA kemudian memperberat masa hukuman Dodi Reza menjadi 6 tahun penjara serta denda Rp 250 juta subsider 3 bulan kurungan.(*)
