Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Permasalahan jalan berlubang menjadi salah satu perhatian utama Pemkot Bandung. Hingga Senin 3 Maret 2025, sudah tercatat 400 aduan dari warga terkait jalan rusak yang tersebar di berbagai titik di Kota Bandung.
Wali Kota Bandung, Muhammad Farhan menyatakan, laporan tersebut diterima melalui berbagai kanal aduan resmi, termasuk hotline Dinas Sumber Daya Air dan Bina Marga (DSDABM). Tetapi ada beberapa aduan yang masuk dari luar Kota Bandung, seperti Cirebon, Jawa Tengah, bahkan Jambi.
“Kami luruskan bahwa laporan yang kami terima hanya untuk wilayah Kota Bandung,” ujarnya.
Sebelumnya, Pemkot Bandung telah menyiapkan unit reaksi cepat yang bertugas menangani laporan jalan berlubang serta trotoar yang rusak. Warga dapat melaporkan permasalahan infrastruktur ini melalui hotline 0821 2333 5304 atau Instagram @bdg.dsdabm.
Jika dalam waktu 2–3 hari tidak ada tindak lanjut, warga bisa menyampaikan keluhan dalam program Jumahan, yaitu sesi diskusi dengan Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota setiap Jumat setelah Salat Jumat.
Selain jalan berlubang, Pemkot juga mengawasi berbagai aspek infrastruktur lainnya, termasuk penerangan jalan umum (PJU) dan perawatan pohon serta ruang hijau. Warga yang menemukan lampu jalan mati bisa melapor ke Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) melalui 0811 2022 3399 atau Instagram @bdg.dishub.
Sedangkan laporan terkait pohon tumbang dapat disampaikan ke Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (DPKP) melalui 0812 2241 2484 atau Instagram @bdg.dpkp.
Farhan mengapresiasi kinerja dinas terkait yang telah merespons laporan dengan cepat.
“Alhamdulillah, semua dinas sangat responsif, tidak ada yang resistensi. Kami juga terus berinovasi agar perbaikan bisa dilakukan dengan anggaran yang ada,” katanya.
Pemkot Bandung berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas infrastruktur jalan demi kenyamanan dan keselamatan warga.
“Kita tidak ingin ada kecelakaan atau kerusakan kendaraan akibat jalan berlubang. Oleh karena itu, penanganan harus segera dilakukan,” ungkapnya. (rob/Red)
