Bhatin Solapan, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Dalam rangka menyerap aspirasi masyarakat, Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bengkalis, Surya Rizky melaksanakan kegiatan reses di Jalan Sosial, RT 03 RW 03,Desa petani Kecamatan Bhatin solapan pada kamis (24/4/25).
Acara ini menjadi momen penting bagi warga untuk mengungkapkan berbagai harapan dan masalah yang mereka hadapi.
Acara reses terakhir di Desa petani juga dihadiri oleh sejumlah Tokoh Agama, Tokoh Masyarakat, Pemuda dan perangkat Desa yang turut memberikan semangat dan dukungan terhadap kegiatan penyerapan aspirasi tersebut.

Ketua RW 03 mewakili warganya mengungkapkan, Dua permasalahan utama yang menjadi perhatian utama masyarakat.
Pertama, isu infrastruktur, terutama banjir dan kerusakan jalan yang menghambat aktivitas warga serta jarul jarul penerangan yang kurang memadai penerangan (Spaning)
Kedua, masalah Bansos , di mana banyak penerima manfaat tidak sesuai pengharapan kurangnya pendataan
Suasana dialog yang terbuka dan interaktif memungkinkan warga untuk menyampaikan berbagai isu penting yang mereka hadapi sehari-hari.
Reses ini merupakan momen penting bagi saya untuk mendengarkan langsung aspirasi warga. Saya berharap dengan adanya forum seperti ini, kita bisa bersama-sama mencari solusi atas permasalahan yang ada dan mewujudkan pembangunan yang lebih baik,” ujar Surya Risky.

Acara ini berlangsung dengan antusias, di mana masyarakat aktif berpartisipasi dan memberikan masukan. Surya Risky berjanji akan membawa semua aspirasi yang diterimanya ke sidang DPRD nantinya untuk ditindaklanjuti.
Diharapkan, kegiatan reses ini dapat terus memperkuat hubungan antara wakil rakyat dan masyarakat, serta meningkatkan sinergi dalam pembangunan daerah di Desa Petani
