Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Wakil Wali Kota Bandung, Erwin, menegaskan seluruh rumah sakit di Kota Bandung wajib melayani warga ber-KTP Bandung tanpa diskriminasi.
Penegasan ini disampaikan Erwin usai memimpin Forum Kemitraan Kesehatan Kota Bandung yang melibatkan Dinas Kesehatan, perwakilan klinik, rumah sakit, hingga BPJS Kesehatan Kota Bandung.
“Kalau ada warga yang punya KTP Kota Bandung dan sudah tinggal minimal enam bulan, rumah sakit wajib layani dulu, jangan dipilah-pilah. Tujuan kita ini ibadah, membantu warga tanpa melihat mampu atau tidak,” ujar Erwin, Rabu (10/7/2025).
Forum ini bertujuan menyatukan visi dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan kesehatan, khususnya dalam sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) dan skema Universal Health Coverage (UHC). Pemerintah Kota Bandung sendiri telah menganggarkan Rp284 miliar untuk pelaksanaan UHC pada tahun 2026.
Program ini memungkinkan warga ber-KTP Bandung untuk mendapatkan layanan kesehatan secara gratis di rumah sakit yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS.
Erwin juga berencana mengundang seluruh direktur rumah sakit swasta untuk membahas berbagai kendala di lapangan.
“Pemkot akan hadir untuk memberikan kemudahan. Tidak boleh ada warga yang datang ke rumah sakit lalu tidak dilayani, apalagi hanya karena urusan administratif,” tegasnya.
Ia menambahkan bahwa Kota Bandung tidak memiliki tunggakan pembayaran kepada BPJS. Oleh karena itu, Erwin juga meminta agar BPJS tidak memperlambat pencairan klaim kepada rumah sakit. “Kita ingin ada simbiosis mutualisme antara Pemkot, BPJS, dan rumah sakit. Semuanya lancar,” katanya.
Wakil Wali Kota Erwin juga mengimbau warga yang mengalami kendala saat mengakses layanan kesehatan agar segera melapor. “Laporkan langsung ke kami. Jangan ragu,” pungkas Erwin.
