Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Usai dilantik menjadi Presiden ke-8 RI, Prabowo Subianto menyapa masyarakat dan menuju Istana Medeka menggunakan mobil nasional made in Indonesia Pindad Maung sebagai mobil kepresidenan.

Ia beranjak dari Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan sekitar pukul 12.30 WIB. Prabowo awalnya datang dengan mobil Toyota Alphard dengan pelat Kemhan. Namun, usai dilantik, Prabowo menggunakan mobil SUV Maung putih berpelat ‘Indonesia 1’.

Pelat ‘Indonesia 1’ awalnya dipakai mobil kepresidenan sedan Mercedes-Benz hitam yang ditumpangi Presiden ke-7 Joko Widodo (Jokowi) saat tiba di Gedung MPR. Ketika meninggalkan lokasi, Jokowi memakai mobil Toyota Alphard hitam dengan pelat B-1339-ZZR.

Mobil Maung tersebut pada bagian belakang terdapat emblem GARUDA. Mobil nasional ini pun melintas bersama Prabowo untuk menyapa warga di sepangjang jalan Sudirman-Thamrin sampai ke Istana Kepresidenan.

“Prabowo-Gibran, Prabowo-Gibran selamat bekerja!” seru masyarakat yang menyambut Prabowo di sepanjang jalan. Prabowo pun melambaikan tangannya seraya menyapa masyarakat dari mobil Maung itu.

Di Istana Merdeka, Prabowo sudah ditunggu oleh Jokowi untuk kemudian menjalankan upacara serah terima jabatan. Pejabat tinggi negara dari Kabinet Jokowi serta keluarga Prabowo pun turut hadir untuk mengikuti agenda pisah sambut antara Jokowi dan Prabowo.(*)
