Jakarta,  JURNAL TIPIKOR – Hasil survei terbaru yang dirilis oleh Poltracking Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan publik terhadap kinerja pemerintahan Presiden Prabowo Subianto dan Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming Raka selama satu tahun terakhir tersebar merata di semua wilayah di Indonesia.

Direktur Eksekutif Poltracking Indonesia, Hanta Yuda Rasyid, dalam rilis survei secara daring pada Minggu, 19 Oktober 2025, menyatakan, “Relatif hampir merata di semua kewilayahan yang kita lakukan cross tabulation mengapresiasi positif atau puas terhadap kinerja pemerintah.”

Secara garis besar, survei ini mencatat 78,2 persen responden merasa puas terhadap kinerja pemerintahan Prabowo-Gibran, yang terdiri dari 9,8 persen sangat puas dan 68,3 persen cukup puas. Sementara itu, 19,3 persen responden menyatakan tidak puas.

Kepuasan Tertinggi di Jawa Timur dan Luar Jawa

Berdasarkan wilayah, tingkat kepuasan tertinggi dicatatkan di Jawa Timur dengan 85,4 persen. Disusul oleh Kalimantan (83,9 persen) dan Sumatera (83,2 persen). Di wilayah lain, kepuasan juga tinggi: Jawa Barat (78,7 persen), Jakarta-Banten (77,1 persen), Sulawesi (72,4 persen), Jawa Tengah-DIY (70,7 persen), Bali-Nusa Tenggara (67,2 persen), dan Maluku-Papua (63,1 persen).

Alasan Kepuasan dan Ketidakpuasan
Responden yang merasa puas menyebutkan alasan utama, yaitu:

  1. Kepemimpinan yang tegas dan berwibawa (18,8 persen).
  2. Bantuan pemerintah tepat sasaran (12,3 persen).
  3.  Program MBG (10,4 persen).
    Di sisi lain, responden yang tidak puas menyampaikan alasan utama terkait isu ekonomi:
  4. Ekonomi belum stabil (26,7 persen).
  5. Bantuan tidak tepat sasaran (15,7 persen).
  6. Kasus korupsi (8,9 persen).

“Lima alasan ini yang kami rekam penting masukan buat pemerintahan Prabowo-Gibran,” ujar Hanta.

Tingkat Kepuasan Berdasarkan Bidang
Survei ini juga mengukur tingkat kepuasan di berbagai bidang, dengan hasil tertinggi pada:

  1. Pendidikan (79 persen).
  2. Kesehatan (76,6 persen).
  3. Pertahanan dan Keamanan (75,5 persen).

Bidang yang mencatat tingkat kepuasan terendah adalah Ekonomi dengan 57,4 persen. Bidang lainnya, Hukum dan Pemberantasan Korupsi (68,2 persen) serta Politik dan Stabilitas Nasional (65,7 persen) juga berada di bawah 70 persen.

“Dari semua bidang-bidang, itu bidang ekonomi yang selalu paling rendah, yaitu 57,4 persen tingkat kepuasan di bidang ekonomi. Ini mungkin menjadi saran masukan pada pemerintahan sekarang yang menjadi penilaian publik,” pungkas Hanta.

Metodologi Survei

Survei Poltracking Indonesia ini dilakukan pada tanggal 3–10 Oktober 2025 dengan populasi Warga Negara Indonesia yang sudah memiliki hak pilih. Survei menggunakan metode multistage random sampling dengan jumlah responden 1.220 orang.

Wawancara dilakukan secara tatap muka. Margin of error survei ini kurang lebih 2,9 persen, pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen.
