Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – LSM. Badan Pemantau Kebijakan Publik (BPKP) mengeluarkan pernyataan tegas meminta Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) untuk memenuhi janjinya dalam memanggil Gubernur Jawa Barat, Ridwan Kamil, terkait dengan kasus dugaan korupsi di Bank BJB. Permintaan tersebut disampaikan oleh Ketua Umum LSM BPKP, Tarmizi, kepada Jurnal Tipikor pada Minggu (6/4/2025).
Tarmizi mengatakan, “Kami berharap KPK segera melaksanakan pemanggilan kepada Ridwan Kamil. Proses penegakan hukum harus transparan dan tidak ada yang kebal hukum, termasuk pejabat publik.” Ia menegaskan bahwa dugaan korupsi yang melibatkan Bank BJB harus diusut tuntas demi keadilan dan kepercayaan masyarakat.
Dalam konteks ini, LSM BPKP mengingatkan pentingnya penegakan hukum yang adil dan tidak pandang bulu, sehingga masyarakat tetap percaya bahwa tindakan korupsi akan mendapatkan sanksi yang setimpal.

Dengan pernyataan ini, LSM BPKP berharap agar pihak KPK segera mengambil langkah konkret dan tidak menunda-nunda proses penegakan hukum.
Sebelumnya, dilansir Kompas.com tertanggal 27 Maret 2025, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) berencana memanggil mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat, Ridwan Kamil, untuk diperiksa sebagai saksi dalam kasus dugaan korupsi di Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (Bank BJB) pasca Perayaan Idul Fitri 1446 H.
Pemanggilan ini merupakan bagian dari proses penyidikan yang sedang dilakukan KPK terkait dugaan tindak pidana korupsi di Bank BJB. KPK berharap pemanggilan ini dapat memberikan keterangan yang signifikan dalam mengungkap kasus ini.
