Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Penyelenggaraan retreat kepala daerah di Magelang dilaporkan ke KPK pada Jumat (28/2) lalu. Kini KPK menindaklanjuti laporan terkait adanya dugaan korupsi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut.
Dikutip dari Tribunnews.com, hal itu disampaikan Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto pada Senin (3/2). Ia mengatakan laporkan tersebut sedang dalam tahap verifikasi.
Tessa menegaskan laporan itu sedang ditelaah dan dalam tahap pengumpulan bahan serta keterangan. “Secara umum laporan yang masuk akan dilakukan verifikasi, telaah dan pulbaket [pengumpulan bahan dan keterangan],” kata Tessa kepada wartawan, Senin (3/3/2025).
Meski begitu, KPK tak bisa menyampaikan perkembangan laporan itu secara detail. Sebaliknya, perkembangan laporan itu hanya akan disampaikan kepada pelapor. Sementara diketahui, pelaporan itu dilakukan oleh Koalisi Masyarakat Sipil Antikorupsi. Mereka menduga ada konflik kepentingan dalam kegiatan tersebut. Hal itu disampaikan Dosen Hukum Tata Negara Universitas Andalas, Feri Amsari yang mewakili koalisi.
Ia mengatakan pelaksanaan retreat diduga melanggar ketentuan dan aturan perundang-undangan. Termasuk terendus kejanggalan salah satunya penunjukan PT Lembah Tidar sebagai perusahaan yang mempersiapkan retreat.
