Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) hari ini mengumumkan penetapan delapan orang tersangka dalam kasus dugaan pemerasan terkait pengurusan Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing (RPTKA) di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemnaker) untuk periode 2019-2023.
Keterangan ini disampaikan oleh Pelaksana Harian Direktur Penyidikan KPK, Budi Sukmo Wibowo, kepada awak media di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Kamis (5/6/2025).

Dalam kasus ini, para tersangka diduga secara bersama-sama melakukan praktik pemerasan dalam proses penerbitan RPTKA yang menjadi syarat bagi perusahaan untuk mempekerjakan tenaga kerja asing.
Para tersangka yang ditetapkan KPK meliputi:
* Suhartono, Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Pembinaan Penempatan Tenaga Kerja dan Perluasan Kesempatan Kerja (Binapenta dan PKK) Kemnaker periode 2020-2023.
* Haryanto, Direktur PPTKA periode 2019-2024.
* Wisnu Pramono, Direktur PPTKA periode 2017-2019.
* Devi Angraeni, Direktur PPTKA periode 2024-2025.
* Gatot Widiartono, Koordinator Analisis dan Pengendalian Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing (PPTKA) periode 2021-2025.

KPK akan terus melakukan penyidikan mendalam untuk mengungkap seluruh fakta dan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam kasus dugaan pemerasan ini.
Penetapan para tersangka ini merupakan komitmen KPK dalam memberantas praktik korupsi yang merugikan masyarakat dan menciptakan tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih.
