Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terus mengintensifkan penyidikan kasus dugaan suap dan penerimaan gratifikasi di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo.
Dalam kurun waktu satu pekan, terhitung mulai tanggal 29 November hingga 5 Desember 2025, penyidik KPK telah memeriksa sebanyak 80 saksi terkait tiga klaster kasus yang menjerat sejumlah pihak, termasuk Bupati Ponorogo Sugiri Sancoko.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, saat dikonfirmasi hari Minggu (7/12), menyampaikan bahwa pemeriksaan maraton tersebut dilakukan di Polres Kota Madiun. Para saksi yang dimintai keterangan terdiri dari Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Pemkab Ponorogo hingga pihak swasta.

Pendalaman Tiga Klaster Kasus
Budi Prasetyo menjelaskan, pemeriksaan ini berfokus pada pendalaman tiga klaster dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang melibatkan empat orang tersangka, yaitu:
- Klaster Pertama: Dugaan Suap Pengurusan Jabatan ASN.
- Penyidik mendalami mekanisme dan prosedur mutasi bagi para ASN di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo.
- “Penyidik memanggil dan meminta keterangan sejumlah saksi yang mengetahui bagaimana alur-alur dari proses mutasi di Kabupaten Ponorogo,” ujar Budi.
- Tersangka yang terkait termasuk Bupati Sugiri Sancoko dan Sekretaris Daerah Agus Pramono.
- Klaster Kedua: Dugaan Suap Proyek RSUD Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo.
- Penyidik memeriksa sejumlah pihak dari RSUD Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo.
- Klaster ini berkaitan dengan dugaan suap proyek pekerjaan di RSUD tahun 2024 senilai Rp14 miliar.
- Diduga, rekanan swasta Sucipto memberikan fee proyek sebesar 10% atau senilai Rp1,4 miliar kepada Direktur RSUD Yunus Mahatma, yang kemudian diduga ada aliran uang kepada Bupati.
- Klaster Ketiga: Dugaan Penerimaan Gratifikasi.
- Penyidik juga memeriksa sejumlah saksi dari Dinas Kebudayaan, Pariwisata dan Olahraga Kabupaten Ponorogo.
- Klaster ini terkait dugaan penerimaan gratifikasi oleh Bupati Sugiri Sancoko dengan total senilai Rp300 juta selama periode 2023 hingga 2025.

Empat Tersangka dan Upaya Paksa
KPK telah menetapkan empat orang sebagai tersangka dalam kasus ini, yaitu:
- SS (Sugiri Sancoko), Bupati Ponorogo.
- AP (Agus Pramono), Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Ponorogo.
- YM (Yunus Mahatma), Direktur RSUD Dr. Harjono Ponorogo.
- SC (Sucipto), Pihak Swasta rekanan RSUD.
Keempat tersangka saat ini ditahan di Rumah Tahanan Negara (Rutan) Cabang Merah Putih KPK.
Budi menambahkan, penyidik sebelumnya juga telah melakukan upaya paksa berupa penggeledahan di sejumlah lokasi, termasuk di Dinas Kebudayaan serta kantor dan rumah pihak swasta yang diduga terkait dengan pengadaan Museum Reog.
“Ini masih akan terus didalami dari kegiatan penggeledahan yang sudah dilakukan pada pekan sebelumnya dan dari keterangan-keterangan yang diberikan saksi yang diperiksa secara intensif selama sepekan ini, yaitu dari 80 saksi dimaksud,” tutup Budi Prasetyo.
