Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Ketua Komisi Nasional Hak Asasi Manusia (Komnas HAM) Anis Hidayah menegaskan bahwa pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) berpotensi besar menimbulkan serangkaian pelanggaran hak asasi manusia (HAM) yang tidak bisa dihindarkan. Oleh karena itu, ia mendesak negara dan pihak terkait untuk memberikan perhatian serius terhadap isu ini.
Pernyataan tersebut disampaikan Anis Hidayah saat peluncuran Kertas Kebijakan Hasil Pengamatan Situasi HAM atas Pengaduan PHK ke Komnas HAM yang berlangsung di Kantor Komnas HAM RI, Jakarta, Kamis (5/6/2025), dan diikuti secara daring.
“Tentu saja PHK ini menimbulkan sejumlah pelanggaran HAM yang tidak bisa dihindarkan. Oleh karena itu, kebijakan Pemerintah di bidang ketenagakerjaan harus memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip HAM,” kata Anis.

Ia menekankan pentingnya kebijakan ketenagakerjaan yang berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip HAM guna mencegah dampak negatif PHK terhadap pekerja.
Anis Hidayah juga mengungkapkan data yang mengkhawatirkan mengenai jumlah korban PHK berdasarkan aduan yang diterima Komnas HAM. Pada tahun 2023 dan 2024, tercatat lebih dari 3.000 orang pekerja menjadi korban PHK.
Angka ini melonjak drastis pada periode Januari hingga Maret 2025, di mana Komnas HAM menerima aduan dari 8.786 orang pekerja yang mengalami PHK. Peningkatan signifikan ini semakin memperkuat urgensi bagi pemerintah untuk merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih komprehensif dan berperspektif HAM dalam menghadapi fenomena PHK.
Komnas HAM berharap agar pemerintah dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan dapat bekerja sama untuk mencari solusi yang adil dan berkelanjutan bagi pekerja yang terdampak PHK, sekaligus memastikan hak-hak mereka tetap terlindungi.
