JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kementerian Keuangan merilis detil kenaikan gaji dan pensiun pokok aparatur sipil negara (ASN) yang berlaku mulai Maret 2024.
“Penyesuaian gaji dan pensiun pokok diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan kesejahteraan ASN/TNI/Polri dan penerima pensiun serta untuk menjaga pelaksanaan transformasi reformasi birokrasi berjalan efektif, mewujudkan birokrasi pusat dan daerah yang efisien, kompeten, profesional dan berintegritas,” kata Dirjen Perbendaharaan Astera Primanto Bhakti di Jakarta, Kamis.
Secara umum, besaran perbaikan penghasilan berupa kenaikan gaji untuk ASN Pusat dan Daerah/ TNI/Polri sebesar 8 persen dan kenaikan untuk pensiunan sebesar 12 persen.

Penyesuaian gaji dan pensiun pokok tersebut merupakan penyesuaian yang dilaksanakan setelah melalui evaluasi berkala oleh pemerintah.
Untuk pembayaran gaji PNS, Prajurit TNI, Anggota Polri dan PPPK, satuan kerja dapat mengajukan pembayaran gaji bulan Maret 2024 dengan gaji pokok baru dan kekurangan gaji bulan Januari dan Februari 2024 yang diajukan ke Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) mulai tanggal 1 Februari 2024.
Selain itu, dalam rangka pembayaran pensiun pokok untuk para pensiunan, penerima tunjangan kehormatan, dan tunjangan perintis pergerakan kebangsaan/kemerdekaan, Kementerian Keuangan (cq. Ditjen Perbendaharaan) telah menerbitkan surat kepada PT Taspen (Persero) dan PT Asabri (Persero) untuk melaksanakan pembayaran dengan pensiun pokok baru dan dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 1 Februari 2024.
Adapun pensiunan, penerima tunjangan kehormatan, dan tunjangan perintis pergerakan kebangsaan/kemerdekaan, secara bertahap akan menerima pembayaran atas kekurangan pembayaran pensiun bulan Januari dan Februari 2024 mulai 1 Februari 2024, yang dibayarkan melalui PT Taspen (Persero) dan PT Asabri (Persero).
“Kami berharap penyesuaian gaji dan pensiun pokok ini bukan hanya berdampak positif meningkatkan kesejahteraan serta kinerja ASN dan penerima pensiun, namun juga memberikan multiplier effect bagi roda perekonomian,” ujar Astera. (*)
