BENGKALIS, RIAU, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis melalui program bantuan pangan menyalurkan paket bantuan berupa beras dan minyak goreng kepada warga kurang mampu di Desa Petani, Kecamatan Mandau.
Penyaluran ini dilaksanakan pada hari Jumat, 28 Oktober 2025, untuk alokasi bulan Oktober dan November.
Penyaluran bantuan pangan ini dipusatkan di Aula Kantor Desa Petani.
Setiap penerima manfaat mendapatkan 20 kg Beras dan 4 kg Minyak Makan. Secara keseluruhan, tercatat 268 warga Desa Petani yang tersebar dari 47 RT/RW/Kepala Dusun menerima bantuan pangan ini.
Selain bantuan pangan dari Kabupaten Bengkalis, masyarakat Desa Petani juga menerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLTS) dari Pemerintah Pusat. Untuk pengambilan BLTS, masyarakat diarahkan untuk hadir di Kantor Pos Mandau. Data penerima manfaat BLTS di Desa Petani berjumlah 345 warga.
Penyaluran bantuan di Aula Desa Petani dihadiri oleh Staf Desa Petani, termasuk Sekretaris Desa (Sekdes) Nasri B, Roby Santoso, Wiwin Harianto, dan Jeki.
Harapan dan Sorotan Masyarakat Mengenai Data Penerima
Dalam proses penyaluran tersebut, muncul harapan dan sorotan dari masyarakat penerima manfaat terkait akurasi data penerima bantuan.
Salah satu warga Desa Petani, Ibu L, yang diwawancarai oleh awak media, menyampaikan terima kasih kepada pemerintah atas bantuan yang diberikan. Namun, beliau juga mengungkapkan keprihatinan bahwa penyaluran bantuan dirasa kurang tepat sasaran karena data di lapangan tidak sepenuhnya sesuai.
“Seharusnya pihak RT/RW betul-betul mendata warganya mana yang layak menerima bantuan atau tidak. Jangan karena adanya hubungan keluarga, mereka-mereka saja yang menerima bantuan,” ujar Bu L.
Masyarakat penerima manfaat berharap agar data penerima yang lama dapat diinput kembali dengan benar. Terdapat dugaan bahwa data warga yang sudah meninggal dunia masih terdaftar sebagai penerima bantuan, dan adanya dugaan satu Kartu Keluarga (KK) menerima bantuan ganda (BLTS dan Pangan).
Bu L memohon kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis agar data-data masyarakat, khususnya di Desa Petani, dapat ditinjau dan diverifikasi ulang. Tujuannya adalah agar bantuan apapun bentuknya, baik dari Pemerintah Pusat maupun Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis, bisa tepat sasaran kepada warga yang benar-benar membutuhkan.
Beliau juga memohon agar pemerintah dapat ikut serta menertibkan masalah data penerima bantuan tersebut.
