Diketahui bahwa TKP terjadi diawali pada Selasa tanggal 07 Mei 2024 sekira pukul. 10.00 WIB di Kecamatan Ciambar Kabupaten Sukabumi, Selasa tanggal 07 Mei 2024 sekira pukul. 19.30 WIB di kontrakan yang beralamat di Kecamatan Cilandak Kota Jakarta Selatan, Rabu tanggal 08 Mei 2024 sekira pukul. 22.00 WIB di Kota Tangerang Banten, Kamis tanggal 09 Mei 2024 sekira pukul. 16.00 WIB di Kecamatan Katapang Kab. Bandung, Jumat tanggal 10 Mei 2024 pukul. 11.00 WIB di Kecamatan Gandapura Kabupaten Bireun Provinsi Aceh. Dengan modus operandi membeli, menjual dan menjadi perantara jual beli narkotika jenis sabu di wilayah Jawa Barat. Adapun kelima tersangka tersebut berinisial Sdr. H, M, MN, UZ dan AA.

Kombes Pol. Jules Abraham Abast, menjelaskan, pada tanggal 07 Mei 2024 Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Jabar berhasil mengamankan Sdr. H yang kedapatan menguasai 20,8 Kg Sabu di wilayah kabupaten Sukabumi. Kemudian dilakukan pengembangan dan diamankan Sdr. M yang kedapatan menguasai 3,3 Kg Sabu di daerah Jakarta Selatan.
“Sdr. H dan M mengaku bahwa Sabu tersebut didapat dari Sdr. MN, kemudian dilakukan pengembangan dan pada hari Rabu 08 Mei 2024 sekira pukul. 22.00 WIB, Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Jabar yang dipimpin langsung Direktur Reserse Narkoba menangkap Sdr. MN di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno–Hatta Kota Tangerang Banten,” jelasnya.
Dari situ, lanjut Kabid Humas Polda Jabar, Sdr. MN mengaku bahwa Sabu tersebut didapatkan dari Sdr. UZ, dan AA. Kemudian dilakukan pengembangan dan pada hari Kamis tanggal 09 Mei 2024 sekira pukul. 16.00 WIB, Tim Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Jabar melakukan penangkapan terhadap Sdr. UZ di daerah Katapang Kabupaten Bandung dan pada Jum’at 10 Mei 2024 sekira pukul. 11.00 WIB berhasil diamankan tersangka Sdr. AA di Kecamatan Gandapura Kabupaten Bireun Provinsi Aceh.

“Barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan yaitu 21 (dua puluh satu) bungkusan Sabu dalam kemasan plastik berwarna kuning bertuliskan Guanyinwang dengan berat brutto 21,7 (dua puluh satu koma tujuh) Kg, 20 (dua puluh) paket Sabu dalam plastik klip bening, 1 (satu) bungkus berisi Sabu dalam kemasan plastik berwarna kuning bertuliskan Guanyinwang dan 1 (satu) bungkus sabu dalam kemasan pelastik berwarna hijau bertuliskan tulisan huruf Cina dengan berat brutto 3.4 (tiga koma empat) Kg, 2 buah timbangan digital beserta 6 buah Handphone,” terang Kombes Pol. Jules Abraham Abast.
Kabid Humas Polda Jabar menegaskan, guna mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya tersangka terancam pidana penjara seumur hidup atau pidana penjara paling singkat 5 (lima) tahun dan paling lama 20 (dua puluh) tahun dan pidana denda paling sedikit Rp1.000.000.000,00 (satu miliar rupiah) dan paling banyak Rp10.000.000.000,00 (sepuluh miliar rupiah) tutupnya.
