Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kadiv Humas Polri, Irjen Pol Sandi Nugroho menuturkan bahwa masyarakat semakin percaya terhadap institusi Polri. Hal itu menanggapi hasil survei Litbang Kompas yang menunjukkan tren kenaikan citra positif terhadap Polri.
Sandi mengatakan, kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polri terus meningkat menjadi 73,1% pada Juni 2024. Hasil tersebut lebih meningkat dari survei Litbang Kompas sebelumnya yakni pada Agustus 2023 sebesar 66% dan Desember 2023 yakni 71,6%. Jenderal bintang dua ini mengatakan, bahwa kepercayaan publik terhadap Polri meningkat karena transformasi Polri melalui program Presisi (prediktif, responsibilitas dan transparansi berkeadilan) yang digagas oleh Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
“Alhamdulillah masyarakat semakin percaya terhadap Polri, pada survei oleh Litbang Kompas kemarin sudah dirilis menjelang HUT Bhayangkara naik menjadi 73%. Mohon doanya, mudah-mudahan ini menjadi berkah buat kepolisian sebelum ultah kepolisian agar kinerja kepolisian semakin baik lagi,” kata Sandi kepada wartawan, Jumat (21/6/2024).

Menurutnya, hasil penilaian masyarakat yang positif terhadap Polri menjadi penyemangat agar kinerja kepolisian semakin baik lagi. Dikatakannya, Litbang Kompas telah menyusun berbagai indikator dalam survei tersebut yang menyebabkan kenaikan citra Polri.
“Berbagai indikator yang sudah disusun oleh Litbang Kompas tentu saja secara komperhensif baik itu mencakup masalah integritas, komitmen pimpinan, demikian juga perubahan yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh Polri dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan meningkatkan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat,” pungkasnya.
Seperti diketahui, hasil survei Litbang Kompas periode Juni 2024, menunjukkan peningkatan citra terhadap delapan Lembaga negara. Polri berada diperingkat dua teratas dengan kepuasan mencapai 73,1%.

Survei dilakukan pada 27 Mei-2 Juni 2024 melalui wawancara tatap muka kepada 1.200 responden yang dipilih secara acak dengan metode pencuplikan sistematis bertingkat di 38 provinsi. Tingkat kepercayaan metode tersebut 95% dan margin of error plus minus 2,83%. Litbang Kompas menyatakan bahwa survei ini sepenuhnya dibiayai oleh harian Kompas.
