Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Gubernur Jawa Barat Dedi Mulyadi menyatakan tidak akan menghalangi penyidikan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) untuk mengungkap kasus yang tengah terjadi, karena merupakan kewenangan lembaga penegak hukum itu.
“Kalau itu tidak perlu ditanya, itu kan sudah menjadi kewenangannya dari KPK,” kata Dedi di Gedung Pakuan Bandung, Rabu.
Dedi mengharapkan proses penyidikan yang dilakukan oleh KPK, tidak akan mempengaruhi aspek regulasi yang ada di BJB. Bahkan menurutnya walaupun ada pemeriksaan KPK dan mundurnya Dirut BJB Yuddy Renaldi perkembangan sentimen pasar terpantau positif.
“Saya harap begitu, nah kalau dilihat kan sentimen pasar juga positif Hari ini harga sahamnya kembali naik. Mudah-mudahan lah setelah saya hari ini bicara, besok naik lagi dan kepercayaan publiknya tumbuh dengan pengelolaan oleh orang-orang profesional, terlepas dari intervensi politik,” ujarnya.
Dedi juga menjamin selama masa kepemimpinannya tidak boleh siapapun mengatasnamakan dirinya untuk memudahkan berurusan dalam birokrasi, politik, BUMD termasuk BJB.
Bahkan, dia mengatakan BUMD di Jabar akan diaudit secara investigatif atau menyeluruh yang nantinya hanya akan menghasilkan dua rekomendasi antara perbaikan atau penutupan usaha.
“Jadi anda bisa lihat, saya selama memimpin, ada nggak orang kanan, kiri, samping,saya lobby sana, lobby sini nggak ada. Andai kata pun ada Itu bukan dari saya. Maka silahkan laporkan siapa namanya umumkan di media sosial,” tutur dia.
Sebelumnya, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengatakan telah memulai penyidikan terhadap kasus dugaan korupsi di lingkungan PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) Tbk.
“Ya, kami sudah menerbitkan surat penyidikan,” Kata Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto di Gedung Pusat Edukasi Antikorupsi KPK, Jakarta, Rabu (5/2/2025)
Setyo mengatakan KPK juga akan menjalin koordinasi apabila sudah ada aparat penegak hukum (APH) yang telah terlebih dulu menangani kasus yang sama.
“Kalau memang terinformasi bahwa ada APH lain yang melakukan itu, nanti tugasnya direktur penyidikan dan kasatgas untuk melakukan koordinasi, tuturnya.
Mengenai kapan pihak KPK akan mengumumkan siapa saja pihak yang telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan konstruksi perkara tersebut, Setyo mengatakan hal itu menjadi kewenangan tim penyidik KPK
“Tindak lanjut terhadap penanganannya, pasca dilakukan rilis terkait penentuan terhadap perkara tersebut, ya jadi kewenangan dari penyidik dan direktur atau deputi kapan akan dilakukan tindaklanjutnya,” kata Setyo.(*)
