Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Setyo Budiyanto menyerahkan waktu pemanggilan mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil kepada penyidik.
Pemanggilan Ridwan Kamil terkait dengan penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi proyek pengadaan iklan pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) periode 2021-2023.
“Kalau soal pemanggilan, saya menyerahkan sepenuhnya kewenangan itu kepada penyidik,” ujar Setyo di Gedung Pusat Edukasi Antikorupsi KPK, Jakarta, Kamis (24/4/2025).

Dia mengingatkan bahwa dalam penyidikan suatu perkara, terdapat saksi yang harus diprioritaskan dan dikesampingkan, termasuk terkait pemanggilan Ridwan Kamil dalam kasus Bank BJB.
“Akan tetapi, pastinya ya akan dilakukan. Karena konteksnya sudah dilakukan penggeledahan, maka harus dipertanggungjawabkan dengan pelaksanaan klarifikasi,” jelasnya.
Dalam perkara dugaan korupsi Bank BJB, penyidik KPK telah menetapkan lima orang tersangka, yakni Direktur Utama Bank BJB Yuddy Renaldi (YR) dan Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) sekaligus Kepala Divisi Corsec Bank BJB Widi Hartoto (WH).

Selain itu, pengendali agensi Antedja Muliatama dan Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Ikin Asikin Dulmanan (IAD), pengendali agensi BSC Advertising dan Wahana Semesta Bandung Ekspress Suhendrik (S), dan pengendali Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama Sophan Jaya Kusuma (SJK).
Lima orang tersebut ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dengan persangkaan Pasal 2 ayat (1) atau Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi yang telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
Penyidik KPK memperkirakan kerugian negara akibat dugaan korupsi di Bank BJB tersebut sekitar Rp222 miliar.(Red)
