Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Gubernur Jawa Barat Dedi Mulyadi meminta hukum ditegakkan secara tegas dalam kasus kekerasan seksual oleh oknum dokter residen Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis (PPDS) Universitas Padjajaran di Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin (RSHS), Bandung, Jawa Barat, demi membangun kepercayaan.
“Saya dengar ada aspek-aspek yang bersifat perdamaian. Tapi intinya bukan itu. Intinya adalah kita harus membangun kembali kepercayaan atau trust yang tinggi terhadap perguruan tinggi dan dunia kedokteran. Sehingga hukumannya harus tegas,” kata Dedi di Bandung, Sabtu.
Dia menyampaikan hal tersebut terkait dengan pernyataan kuasa hukum pelaku yang menyebut telah ada perjanjian damai dengan pihak korban, Menurut Dedi, seharusnya kasus ini dipahami bukan hanya soal perdamaian, melainkan soal penciptaan kondisi agar hal serupa tidak terulang.
“Dalam kasus ini, bukan damai yang jadi inti persoalan. Intinya, kita harus memberikan hukuman tegas agar kejadian serupa tidak terulang. Kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi universitas dan rumah sakit harus dipulihkan,” ujarnya.

Dedi menyebut dampak dari kasus tersebut dapat menyebabkan hilangnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap universitas tempat bernaung pelaku dan rumah sakit tempat praktiknya.
Menurutnya, saat ini kepercayaan terhadap kedua institusi itu sedang dipertaruhkan. Oleh karena itu, ia menilai perlu ada tindakan tegas dan keputusan cepat.
“Jadi hukumannya harus tegas dan keputusan yang bersifat hukuman dari perguruan tingginya harus segera diambil. Karena apa? Karena itu soal kepercayaan,” ucapnya.
Selain itu, ia menyoroti pentingnya evaluasi dalam proses rekrutmen calon mahasiswa kedokteran. Ia secara terbuka mengkritisi sistem seleksi yang selama ini berjalan.
“Jujur saja, hari ini yang masuk kedokteran itu yang punya uang. Pintar saja tidak cukup,” tuturnya.

Sebelumnya, Polda Jabar menahan seorang peserta Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis (PPDS) Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) atau dokter residen berinisial Priguna Anugerah Pratama (31) atas dugaan kekerasan seksual terhadap anggota keluarga pasien di Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin (RSHS) Bandung.
Direktur Reserse Kriminal Umum (Dirkrimum) Polda Jabar, Kombes Pol Surawan, membenarkan bahwa kasus tersebut telah ditangani oleh pihaknya.
“Iya kami tangani kasusnya, sudah ditahan tanggal 23 Maret tersangkanya,” kata Surawan di Bandung, Rabu (9/4).

Sementara itu, Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran Unpad Yudi Mulyana Hidayat memastikan bahwa pelaku telah diberhentikan sebagai peserta PPDS.
“Karena terduga merupakan PPDS yang dititipkan di RSHS dan bukan karyawan RSHS, maka penindakan tegas sudah dilakukan oleh Unpad dengan memberhentikan yang bersangkutan dari program PPDS,” katanya.(*)
